Home Bound Extraction & specimen Collection:
Order must be placed by the physician, providing patent information. Laboratory will contact patient prior to going to their home. Our technicians are trained to be prompt and courteous. This service is free of charge.
Courier Services:
This service is available on a routine basis. Daily pickup times is established in accordance with your office requirements. Drivers are trained to be prompt, courteous and to be aware of your service needs. Customized services rendered.
Stat Services:
Immediate pick-up and results within 1 hour. Please call for details.
Consultation:
A board certified pathologist is available for consultation & for general information on laboratory testing.
POLICY
Billing physicians and other facilities can be billed directly. Alternatively, patients can also be billed if requested and full information is available. Patients are sent to facility. We accept Medicare, Medicaid & private insurance assignment.
QUALITY CONTROL
The highest standards of laboratory medicine are maintained through strict adherence to quality control procedures and close monitoring of this data. My Clinical lab regularly participates in nationally supervised proficiency testing programs. Controls and standards are an integral portion of our laboratory testing and are routinely performed to insure quality service.
SPECIMEN REQUIREMENTS
All specimens must be properly labeled and handled to insure proper results (OSHA). Stat labels are available to assure immediate services.
